Gentry Builders is owner-operated by Joe Karoly, President and CEO. Joe began his career in construction in 1992. As a college graduate of Susquehanna University with multiple degrees in Business, Art & English, he pursued traditional corporate experience upon graduation. It was his love of construction and motivation to excel that inspired him to strike out on his own after several years. Much of what he learned while working for others he applies to Gentry Builders today. It's why Joe surrounds himself with only the best tradesmen in the industry yet still remains personally involved in every project his company is working on...from beginning to end. As the owner, Joe considers this both his responsibility and his privilege.
